Here is sit in my strangely quiet yet foul smelling house wondering what to do next. It's quiet because the girls are at a movie with my brother and his wife and Adam is playing golf with Terry. It smells foul because kitchen pipes have busted and have now been repaired. (Thank you Terry for your help, I swear when it comes to home improvement/repairs he is SUPER TERRY to the rescue.) However, the dishwasher is still in the middle of the kitchen so that the sheet rock, cabinets and floor can dry out. Also everything that is kept under the sink so no one can see it is spread out all over my kitchen floor. So my house smells like nasty water, wet metal (pipes), and bleach (which I sprayed to kill any mold and germs). Sounds like a yummy combination huh? Wanna come on over to my house??? Just kidding. But the good news is that since we (meaning Adam, Terry and the Roto-Rooter guy) did some extensive repairs rather than a quick fix, this problem shouldn't continue... knock on wood.
Anyway, I need to get out of the house. Much to quiet and stinky.
